Return and refund policy
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
As our protein baked goods are perishable items, they cannot be returned. Our goal is for every customer to fall in love with our products, but we understand that not everyone does. If you do not like our products for reasons of personal taste, we cannot refund you.
If a product is damaged or if your order is not sent to you as described, you may be entitled to compensation. All requests are handled on a case by case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
No exchanges are accepted.
You may cancel your order at any time, 24 hours prior to the day selected for your order. If you cancel after this time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
All requests for refunds should be made by email to email@example.com. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please have in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
